Solved: Help! -"I gotta be good so I can see my baby again"

I've heard this song on the radio but I can't figure out what the name is or who sag it!

It's about a guy whose girlfriend died in his arms one night and went to heaven, and the only lyric I can remember goes something like "... so I have to be good (or I gotta be good) so I can be with my baby again (or again someday)"
The songs kinda sad, actually.
Please help me out! I really like the song and I'm super frustrated!!!

I think the song you're talking about is Pearl Jam - Last Kiss.

"Last Kiss" was originally recorded by J. Frank Wilson & The Cavaliers (1964) but Pearl Jam does a good cover.
