Solved: Can't Identify a European techno song from a certain mix

This song is the first part in a euromix. " DJ Fierce - Euromixxx." Here's a link where you can listen to just this one track I'm looking for from the mix " http://www.zshare.net/audio/1612552026ac9de5/ " .You can download the whole mix from any p2p software like limewire. The song I want to know is the first track played on the mix and it is obviously in a European language (it sounds French). It has a male and a female singing to a techno/dance beat. It only lasts for like 15 seconds before switching to the next track. The first word sounds like fantasy.. and then i can't interpret the rest. This techno/dance song is probably popular because i know all of the other songs on the mix so it hopefully it might sound familiar to someone. Any help of what song this is or what language its actually in would be great. Thanks

I have an update. Some one is looking for a song with the same lyrics but to a different techno beat. The lyrics sound more clear on this version so any translation would help. here's the link

Sounds like Slavic language to me
I hear words "proste jest" and "mnje iz" in example.

I try to help you in other way: I put this link up in Slavic translations apartment, maybe someone there knows I'll get back at you here, if someone knows something about that song.

Great news! I found it! The original song is "Sumputastic - Teraz Juz Wiesz". It's actually a Polish pop song. The original version is not techno but there are many remixes out there. Here is a link to one version I really like.
