MTV Cribs song also used in I want a famous face

Ok I seriously need to find out the name of this song. Its like a hip hop slash rap slash rnb tune. Its used a lot on MTV cribs (cant be exact about the epsiodes...but trust me it used a lot!). Its got a heavy beat almost sounds likes millions of people clapping but not quite and it has some sort of electro music on the top. It is definatley rap/hiphop/rnb but I have no clue what the song is called.

It was also used on I want a famous face. The one where this girl wanted to be a stripper and wanted to have a face like britney spears. In the end she backs out and decided to model for playboy. When they show her modelling for playboy it plays just the beat of the song.

If anyone has the slightlest clue what this song is called I am deperate to find out.
