Need some help PLEASE!

Hi there, as you can see im new around here, basically just made the account because im starting to have a headache looking for a song which I dont really remember

I guess its kinda new because I heard it on the radio couple of times and never heard it before that

I dont really know the lyric just some parts. Its something related with a story I guess like a boy and a girl that knew since they were in kindergarden and the guy or the band starts to reveal the story (singing obviously) and I just remember almost the last part.. its like

"and after 6 months when I gave her the wedding ring she left me blabla"

Its not the correct phrase but its something related to that
