This track was on a mixtape, long ago. If i remember correctly it's a techno-ish, rave-ish track. And it starts with a sample: young man: 'I just wanna make a record'. Older man: 'Everybody wanna make a record'.
After that the music starts, I think it was some phat breakbeat.

Not much to go on, I know. Any ideas?
