Solved: 20 sec example - rap song

Hello all, I need help with identyfying a song, unfortunately I have only 20 seconds of it. I tried searching for the lyrics but with no results. I also tried the WinAmp AutoTag feature and it claims to be some song from a Japanese female artist - which is nonsense... :-O

Yeah, that's it. ;-) I didn't expect someone answering this fast. Anyway, the song is way better than the example. At first I thought "this song totally sucks" now I changed my opinion, hehe.
