Hi guys I have wondered what this song was ever since i worked in a supermarket 7 years ago and they used to play it on my saturday shift.

I can only vaguely remember the chorus/ end of song which seemed to have a gospel chorus singing "I said I saw the light, I saw the light" possibly to repeat.
Most of the songs in this played on our supermarket radio were 90's or 80's, so I imagine this could have been too.

I've tried looking this up and the answers didn't seem to help me, it sounds nothing like Hank Williams "I saw the light", so I don't think it's that, unless it was remixed with a gospel choir or something? Any ideas?
