Please HELP for the LOVE OF GOD
This has been driving me crazy and I have been trying to find the name and artist for this song for YEARS

It's a house/electro song that has some minimal but soulful lyrics, sounded like a man singing, the only words I remember being sung were:

"I paint it blue-woo-woo" (you know, he really drew out the end of the word blue when he sang it)

"I paint it blue"

That song gave me chills!! I loved it!!!
