please help!!! can't identify this song

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone recognized this particular song. It goes: "I said no down" or "I said get down." or "No Down. It's sung by what appears to be a rock group. I heard this song when I was watching beach volleyball for the olympics tonight for the match that included Misty May and Kerri Walsh. So if anyone was watching the match, hopefully you know what I'm talking about. I couldn't make out the lyrics because the commentators were talking. But I think i heard: " I Said No down" or "No Down." Can someone please help because this song has been driving me crazy forever now. But I don't know how to search for it. I gonna keep trying to here more of it since I recorded the match on my DVR, but I'm stumped. Can anyone help? Thanks

P.S. Sorry I'm not giving you all more to work with, but that's the only part I know of this song.
