"Hey, get up and party!" - help please!

I recently heard a song that sounded like a funk instrumental, but towards the end of what I heard a female singer sang "hey, get up and party!" followed by some more singing by an Isaac Hayes-esque singer. As far as I know it's not one of his, and lyrics searches have returned nothing.
