SOLVED - Help me identify a rock song.

I believe the song is from the 90s and it's sang to a beat that is very similar to the one found here.

I am not sure on any lyrics really. I think the beginning starts with the singer saying "I need .........."At the end of the song I believe the phrase "it's not my problem" is repeated several times followed by oh oh oh.

i think, he means that guitar riff at that particular time stamp? That this guitar riff has a similar melody to this other song, that he looks for?
