Looking for old Nonelty Song

I am looking for a novelty song that I used to listen to when I was a kid in the mid 70s through mid-80s. It could be older than 70s era, but I am not sure. The only lyrics I remember:

Old Nasty got him by the seat of his pants
and I seen me a big man doin' a dance,
Old Nasty sticks up for me, 'Cause he's a big dog..."

or something like this. I think there is a line similar to:

'Cause he's [or I'm] a little man

in there too. That's about all I remember.

My brother seems to recall the song as "Little Man" and the artist as Logan Smith, but I have never heard of him and searches I have performed for him, that song title, or these lyrics come up blank everywhere.
