Need help finding artist and name of song!

The song simply goes "once you feel high, one you feel low" ... i beleive those are the words, or some variation of the last words in each sentence.
It's high pitched happy techno/electronica.
I just came from SunJam rave in Honduras and heard it all over the Bay Islands there and nowhere else in Central America or the states so far, so it may be a central american DJ.
Hope this is enough info for someone!

This may or may not (probably not) help someones knowledge of this song but everytime I would hear it at a bar on Utila Island it would come on right after a Daft Punk song.
I've searched all related artists multiple times but still nothing has come up.
its driving me mad!
