Solved: Help needed to identify jazzy song!!

Hello everyone! In 2001 I was listening to the radio and they played a lovesong which was of jazzy tune(I think!!!) I noted the lyrics (whatever I could make out since english is not my first language) but I have been trying since then to find out which song it was and who sings it but no luck! the lyrics were:
