Solved: Help with Song - Female Artist last 10 years

I used to hear a record played on my local pop station and I liked it a great deal. Then it went away, and I only heard it again recently at a company picnic played by a DJ.

Sure would like to know the name of the artist and title. Even though I can hear the INSTRUMENTS and BEAT roll through my head constantly, I cannot seem to remember most of the lyrics.

Here're some clues, however:

Female artist, recorded in the last 10 years, I believe.
She sings this song in an almost whispered voice.
The song is upbeat and it sounds like a good dance tune.

POSSIBLE Lyrics that I do remember:

"say it and say it again", then it goes into the refrain.
and
(Not entirely sure) "I love you and that's forever."

Thanks for any help! I'm losing sleep over this one! Need to buy and put on my iPod.
