Need help with a metal song...

Ok, watch this video. At about 20 seconds in, an f-ing amazing song plays. There are no lyrics that I can hear, and I cant find it anywhere. Its driving me insane. Help please!

It's power metal, something I don't know too much about but it's a good solo at the beginning
