Japanese Song? Please Help

Anybody got an idea what this song could be?
You can hear the lyrics pretty clear, but google gives no hits

I got it from a japanese guy but without a title and the song is not even complete

I'm stumped, and on my speciality, too.
All my J-Pop sources return nothing, all I could find was an incorrect transcription on Yahoo Answers.
I'll see what 4chan has on the subject.

I knew it would be rather complicated
Maybe it isn't even J-Pop - I have absolutely no idea

Any news?
