Those aren't the exact lyrics, but they are something like. "I know it sounds unsolvable...my heart is so unlockable...some words are just so hard to say". It sounds like it could be a Deathcab for Cutie (soft guitar-y song, very indie-sounding). It plays at the Old Navy at my local mall...I don't know if that helps :P
