Please help me to ID this song (New Age/World music, with link to a small snippet)

Hi everyone,

I'm here again, this time with a song that I heard on a Singapore tv show. There wasn't any credits to the song title, so I recorded a small snippet down hoping that there would be someone who knows this song.

I think it sounds like new age/world music to me, and also I keep hearing the words "over and under" in the lyrics.
