    OK I feel like AL Bundy in the hum-hum-hmm song episode. This was a late 90's maybe early 2000 song, played on Alternative Radio stations ALOT. It is a single male singer, and I want to think that his name was kinda like a foriegn name like Rafael Or Casanova or something maybe a painter. He only had 1 song that made radio airplay and then this guy VANISHED I never heard or have seen anything out out by him since then. If anyone out there ever listened to 89x out of windsor, Canada; they played this song ALOT. I know this is stupid & I don't have much to go on so please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It was a really romantic, sappy, girlie type song. The guy's voice was remarkable & his music was VERY unique. Any help would be appreciated, THANK YOU!

    Have you tried looking up some music charts from the past... maybe some Canadian top 100 or something?
