Solved: If You Know 90's Songs....

I remember listening to this song back in the 90's and I think it was pretty popular but all I remember from the song is words like drinking from the hose, no underwear on , and then maybe about sitting in the bedroom. I think the song was something about the summertime???????? One of the kids from my old school had lip-synced it!!! Im about to go crazy!! Please help!!
