    Question "up and down"

    I'm looking for a techno/dance/electronic song, it might be a europian song or remix but, It has a female singer and the chorus goes "up and down up and down", she repeats herself a few times and really draws it out on one of them "uuuppp and dowwwn", (<-there might be a "move" in the begining of that) then she goes back to the normal up and down. I think some where in there, she says "somebody please ..." and right before the up and down "so we can move" or "so we can go up" does any one know what song i am talking about in the least? it been stuck in my head, ive been searching for hours, HELP

    no thats not it, there's kind of a build up withe the up and down ... the first time she says up shes pauses before down and then just goes on with up down up down
