Looking for song on Mp3

I am looking for a song I heard
on Radio North Sea years ago.
The song was in English but I think the group
singing it was Dutch. The song was never
played on mainstream Radio
for obvious reasons.
The words were vulgar and obscene and
were:

"You c*** you c***, you f***ing c***!"

I think it was a Punk band
who was singing it......maybe Dutch.

Anone know who they were and if
the song is on mp3?
