Can somebody Identify this song?

It's only 5 seconds, I have no idea what the song is. I asked the creator of the video what it was but he said that he randomly chosed it from Youtube's Audio Swap. I don't know if that is correct information or not.

Youtube's AudioSwap has too many songs to choose from. I'm wondering if anybody can cut this song down into categories, like Jazz or something. I do not know much about song categories.

edit: Tried again and it's there now.

Oh, anybody else with any luck? I really want to know the song's name at least.
