Im trying to find a Techno song

I herd this song in London at Ministry of sound I was pretty banged up so i dont remember it exactly but it was a techno song and it was a guys voice asking questions and the answer to all the questions was "DRUGS" it went something like your having a bad day "DRUGS" your girlfriend left you "DRUGS" you lost your job "DRUGS" your hungry "DRUGS" you have no home "drugs". something along those lines any help would be appreciated thanks in advance............

thanks but not it, its a techno song his voice is real slow and precise its more like talking than singing.
