Please help me identify this song and artist.

Its quite a heavy rock song and some of the lyrics go: Easy with your empty life, still don't know just what to try.......... follow me I'll take you there. What do you mean I'm on tv, tell me that you love me, what do you mean i'm on tv, I know that you love me.
