Spanish Song, PLEASE HELP; need for an anniversary
Hello,
Someone please help me with this song, I've been looking for it for years.
I heard the song in Madrid at a street concert. I think it's really popular because all the locals seemed to know the song and there is a part of the song that goes EH, EH, EH, EH! that the crowd would sing along to. I think it's a well known song.
The song is kind of Pop sounding and it is sung by a male voice.
I don't know the lyrics but I think the chorus starts with
"Lunes".......might have the word "mirada" or "sonrisa" as well and then at the end of the "Eh-eh-eh-ehhhh!"
BUT, I remember the way the song sounds exactly.
So if someone has a piano they can try this: If, let's just say, the song is in the key of C major, the chorus of the song starts on the 3rd note of the scale (E) and it goes like this:
III, III, III, II, I, III, III,
I, I, I, II, I,
VI, VI, VI, V, IV, VI, VI,
VI, VI, VI, VII
III, III, III, II, I, III, III,
III, III, III IV, III,
V, IV, III, II, (Eh, Eh, Eh, Eh)
Then the song jumps up a minor third and the pattern repeats. Sorry, this was the only way I could try and accurately describe the song.
Please help!
Thank you
