need ID for erotic 90's TECHNO/Electronica track

I heard this track in or around 1995 on an "industrial" music show in Chicago called the "Industrial Zone". The tune instrumentally sounds very similar to the Method One Remix of "Call Me" by Deee Lite.

But this song has different lyrics. The track starts with long held keyboards as the Method One version of Call Me. The long held keyboard chords step upwards progressively and a deep percussive bass rhythm kicks in. A female voice starts to speak softly some words:

"Touch it...............(pause)...................tease it...............................lick it...............................please it"

Then a quick snare kicks in over the keyboard chords and deep bass. They lyrics continue:

"Taste it...............................tease it....................................flick it...........................squeeze it............"


Well I do not know the actual lyrics...but they were similar to this set.

I head the song again on a Dutch advertisement for toll phone sex number. Great commercial...plenty of nudity. With this song playing over the top.
