31 Seconds, need the artist name

I got a copy of a cd from a friend a few years ago, and cant identify it. It is a nonstop dance techno music cd, it starts off with a clap beat and with "31 seconds and we're gone for auto-sequence start" and includes the rest of the NASA quote "T minus ten seconds Four three two one ignition and lift-off" throughout the song on track one. The track is 7 minutes 47 seconds, and IS NOT the band Dune's song Rising which includes the same quote. The whole cd sounds like late 90's early 2000's nonstop club techno dance with great heavy steady beat, very like Jonathan Peters. The cd has 11 tracks. I have been trying to identify the artist or group and the name of this cd. The cddb can not identify it, cant find anything like it on kazzaa either. Please help. Thanks.

I found those lyrics in one other song, "THERE IS A STAR" by: Pharoah, but from what I can tell, it only says that part once.
