need help for a ska/punk rock song title

Sup! i was pretty drunk the other night and i heard a song in wich the chorus was '' whoa whoa whoooo ohhhhhhhh ''with punk rock guitare in the back ground ...lol...it sounds like catch 22 and the chorus appears 5 times during the song.Its a old school punk rock/ska song... was very popular in the ska/punk rock world 6-7 years ago...
