Default techno song with car noises

The only words are 'Now wait a minute,' repeated a few times during the song. There are also noises of a car and a train, but mostly just electronica/dance/techno music (I'm sure there's a difference between these three genres, but hopefully you get the point).

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

I have this song on an old mix tape and also would like to know what it is. The tape is low quality and I'd like to get a better version of it. The song also has this sort of "chickaboom" or "sugarbum" hook or something like that going through it.

I don't have the name at this very moment, but I have a copy on one of my many audio tapes from when it played a lot on Triple J (Australia) back in the days when they played a good bit of music and didn't chat all day long.

It's been a while, but I believe the "Now wait a minute" is a sample of Cary Grant from North by Northwest and possibly some of the car screeching was sampled from there as well .

OK, I went through what tapes I have from the time frame it aired and I taped bits of Triple J (Australia). Surprisingly I only got one decent length of the song and another snippet, neither of which announced the name. The super requests were introduced generally, and both times there wasn't a follow up the tittle and artist.

I probably did know it's name, just forgotten. Tubular is a word that I seem to put with it, but no real idea if that's valid or just a random thought.

Below is a mp3 of the taped song - it's not complete. As the song is high pitched quite often, I left it in a higher quality format of 128kb vbr rather than snip it down to 32. (3135 KB)

Mike Oldfield made a couple (maybe more?) versions of Tubular Bells, one for the Exorcists, but this is not the song you're looking for. He could be the artist though, quite a few videos at youtube.

    non-movie version:

I'm also hearing what sounds like the phrase "Tricky D1ck" (substitute an i for the 1) repeated several times in the clip. I've not had any luck finding this yet, but just thought it might help somebody else.

    :-) NAILED ... at last.

    The Orb - Toxygene

There are a few versions. I have now listened to the Brazilian version, and the toxic mixes, but I still prefer the version I originally became familiar with.
