Help identifying song

Good day all, my first post here.

I am trying to find a techno song from the late 90s, I think. I searched the web and these forums but could not find it.

Here are the details:

The music video is set in a dance club with 2 men flying small airplanes. If I remember correctly, pirates were flying the planes. These airplanes look like WWII era fighter planes and one of them crashes in someone's drink at the end.

The only lyrics I remember is "Do you love me baby you love me baby" and repeats " Hey baby......Hey baby"
