trippy techno (pop) - need help!

Hi people.

Please can you help me with the title and artist of this tune.

The only lyrics in this tune is the end of each sequence with a woman's voice saying "I looove it!"

More importantly, this tune is very commonly used as background score in BBC documentaries. On subjects about body functions or bullying.

I know it's not much to go on, but then again, you're smart, aren't you!
