help me identify this song please - only remember 1 line

Hi, I need help identifying a song that I heard recently on my college radio station. It is mostly just acoustic guitar and vocals (the vocals sound a little bit like Daniel Johnston), with heavy reverb/delay-type effect on the guitar. The only line that I can remember exactly is "it's not an insult at all, it's a compliment." I googled everything i could think of to no avail. I know it's not much to go on; any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
