i heard this great song in the mid-eighties that i would think would be called "Fire Brigade", but it's not the Move song. it sounded very post-punk era, like somewhere between 1980-85. the lyrics that i can remember are as follows:

and the fire brigade
goes out at night
on patrol
going to burn your books
going to burn your books
