Please help with finding the name of the artist and song

Hey guys I've been searching all day for any clues as to what this song is called and who the artist is but I haven't gotten anywhere. The song is used as background music in an episode of fashion television that covered the rodarte spring 2009 fashion show which you can see here-->

The lyrics to the song that I could hear are:
