Need info on this song.

I recently heard a song on a local radio station. It sounded as though the artist was really young and the chorus went like this.

"me and you it was us two but it ain't that no more, I just can't believe this"

He also says something along the lines of "yeah im doing good im by myself, having a girl like you was bad for my health". in one of the verses.

I was just wondering if anyone might know the artist and or song title.

I meant to include it was of the hip hop r&b genre.
