Who the artist is/name of song....r&B song

The song goes something like ......"We turn it up again, we turn it up again..." not sure who sings it or what the name of the song is but I think its a realyl cool song. Not to be racist but it sounds like its an african american male who sings it, it may also be a group of them as well. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
