Okay, I have heard this song in clubs a few times since late last year. I've heard it played by David Morales and most recently, by a local DJ.
There are no words, it has a sick beat though and i think it's a person that makes this sound;

waaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......wa...wa...wa...wa

and also

waaaaaaaa waaa.....wa..wa..wa

I know I am not providing much and that the above is open to interpretation, but if you know any songs that have something similar...PLEASE POST.
