Please help me w/ name of this song

I'm almost positive the lyrics to the chorus are: "got me overexcited and i'm on that patrón..came to show you my moves baby all night long. Get some, touch it girl, get some touch it girl." I have also attached a sound clip of this. You might want to turn up the volume on your computer though, it's not that loud, sorry. If you could help with this it would be much appreciated

I do this more by memory than by lyric searches (most peoples lyrics are not all that accurate)

well, try turning up ur volume. but no, that's not it. it's a somewhat new song. i heard it on Hot 107.9 a couple months ago. it's a rap song but sounds like a r&b song.
