Solved: Making the rounds on the college radio station.

Ok, so it starts with what sounds like a violin solo, though it may be some other stringed instrument. Anyway some choice lyrics are; "Take my hands, they'll understand." "Take my heart, tear it apart." it keeps with this general theme and eventually the course is something like with a female doing this part "I grow tired of my body." It sounds very similer to the Fiery Furnaces, but don't think it's them. Any help would be appricated.
