Default Love song from the early 90s

I believe this is a rather obscure song.

I apologise in advance as I really only remember a few words of it.

Most likely from the early 90s, around '91 or '92, it's a woman singing, I believe about a relationship that's not going so well, with one line (in the second verse, I think) going something like "grass greener on the other side". It's a corny love ballad that pretty much rhymed. I remember hearing Robby Valentine's "Over and Over Again" and Lisa Keith's "Better Than You" a lot around the same time as well. Maybe it will help pin down a period, I don't know.

It's a one-hit wonder, well at least in my part of the world anyway. For anyone from Singapore, it used to play on the then Perfect 10 (98.7) a lot.

I've tried googling it A LOT to no avail.

I suspect the singer/band may be from Europe or Australia.

    Gosh, please help.

There's a few songs that contained similar words around the early 90s, but those I could find were male groups. (Not referring to those who performed "Green Green grass of home")

Unfortunately it isn't. It's not an R&B song and definitely not of 2003 and the few words I can remember only appear in the song and not in the song title.

Well will keep trying to raid the memory bank for more info. If only I could remember the chorus.

    Try the following songs:

"I'm in Between" by Macy Gray

    "You're Never Satisfied" By Bananarama
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

If we jump into the "way back machine", there's Brenda Lee's "The Grass Is Greener" (1963).

Also try "Grass is Greener" by Maria Daines or "Bitter Lemon" by Alishia's Attic
