Hi! I have been trying to find this song out for about four years now... crazy I know haha. Anyways the artist is a male and sounds like Jagged Edge, but so far I'm 90% sure it isn't Jagged Edge. It's a slow song and it talks about how he did her wrong and now he's driving as fast as he can to reach the church before she marries this other guy. It was around 2002/2003 when I first heard it.
