Beautiful, possibly current song with piano

I heard a song earlier at work today. It began with a repeating piano segment, then a man started repeatedly singing "La la la la la" (that many specifically), dragging on the the last "la" every time. Words eventually began to be sung, and in parts of the song later the "La la la la la" would enter again along with the piano segment. It was a slow song, with an almost sad mood to it.

I have a hearing problem, and had sent one of my coworkers on a mission to find me a phrase from the song so that I could search it later, but he came back empty, only claiming that he may have heard the word 'carefully', which isn't a lot to go by. My only guess is that it may be a current, popular song, since many current songs play over our store's intercom.
