At least I think it was in Urban Outfitters.

A song with a girl singer, for the most part, and a few small parts of male rapping. I know it had something to do with "fashion party" and the chorus started with "I see London I see France...".
It sounded familiar when I heard it and now I can't place it for the life of me.
