Song you may recognise if you ever watched Art Attack or SMart

Okay, scenario is, I know hardly anything about this song.
I remember it from either SMart or Art Attack, both are British children's tv shows, and it was also used for a really random advert that involved a picture of Spongebob Squarepants on a wall, which at the end moved and laughed. (creepy or what?) In the art programmes they'd occasionally use it for the montage sequences.

Basically I don't remember it having any lyricss, but it had a very distinct tune and what sounds like people humming. The tune was slow and almost mournful. It sounds like a remix of part of another song, like something Moby would do. It sounds VERY late 90's. Perhaps it did have words and I just can't remember too well. But if there WERE words, it was probably in another language.
