Solved: Cannot find this song title!

Google has been very unhelpful in trying to figure out the title and artist.

I live in VT and heard this song on my way home early Sunday morning at around 12:37 AM. I tried looking on the radiostation's website (104.7 the Point) but I couldn't find the right song....none of the "previous playlist" songs fit.

The song had a good beat but it was a moody, low key piece. When I first tuned in the lyrics were in French, but the only words I got were "Je suis passe"

Then it turned to English and the chorus goes something like "I've been so high, I've been so down, Up to the sky, Down to the ground", and it's a woman who sings it. At some points she's speaking the words, not singing.

Anyone?

It could be the group called Enigma. That sounds a lot like their style, female singer, sometimes speaks rather than ssings, and they mix french lyrics into their music a lot.

It was Madonna! Never would have guessed that one, considered the radio station doesn't tend to play a lot of stuff by her. Though it was 12:30 in the morning.
