i have been trying to find this track for ages too. i think i may be the same age as your mom! i am told its off an album but i have no artist or album title which is frustrating the hell out of me. As soon as i get the details you will be the first person i forward them too.

The artist is Lorenzo Smith AKA Lorenzo. Track called tic tock.
There is a much cuter version out there but u can get the slow smoochy one on you tube.
