need more help!- Techno this time

i heard a techno song in an acquiantances car about a year ago and really want to find it:

-pretty fast tempo
-hard driving beat to it
-no real lyrics
*for one very long part of the song, the volume of a the same sequence keeps getting louder and louder and louder and louder at higher pitches until you think it can't get any louder or higher...but it does and is pretty intense to listen to

can anyone help?

is it on the first Blade soundtrack called Confusion by New Order?
