70's Disco Song

Some of the lyrics are "ooh clap your hands" in an choral echo to the main singer. Which is pretty much every song from the 70's. But I think it's really popular. It's upbeat, dancey music.

Also, it was on the SYTYCD Canada tour randomly; there was no choreographed dance to it, it was just in the background at one point.
